Becoming a Girl

It's been a while since we've written...we're terrible with this. But here it is-update: Kayla is changing more and more every day! She really seems to be coming into her own.

As I type this she is bouncing away in her jumperoo, "talking" up a storm and making a very large racket. She now knows how to get her way, how to roll across the floor (!!), and as her Daddy says, she has girl hair :-) It has gotten so long in front that it is in her eyes, so as you see we now can put it up and out or her face with bands or clips, hence the "girl" hair. She's eating all sorts of new foods now too and seems to be loving it. So far we're only feeding her organic, but I don't have unrealistic hopes of keeping that up forever as we ourselves don't eat that way in the least. But for our little girl we can do it for now. She just had Chicken and Sweet potatoes for dinner and that seemed to be a huge hit. The things you eat when you're little :-) I don't even want to begin to think about all the crazy things she'll probably "eat" over the next few years-lol!
